Fulfilment and Processing Times

When you order from Brick Pet USA, your order will typically be shipped from our warehouse in the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
